Positive: House was immaculate and very handy for walking to the centre of Scarborough , beautiful decor clean and tidy facilities where brilliant customer service from the company was perfect

Really nice property, comfortable and clean, perfect for a family holiday Positive: Good location, clean and tidy, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms Negative: No handrail by front door and steps are quite deep so felt a little unsteady. Sofas were comfy but not ideal for watching the TV as needed to look higher up to wall mounted TV, and couldn’t see it comfortably when sitting on side sofa (not a negative or bad thing, more a personal preference as used to a recliner with full back support)

Definitely staying here in this house made it what it was, it was so lovely to have sunch a lovely hub to all come back Positive: Beautifully designed, only the best furnishings and comfort, we couldn’t believe the quality of everything provided, the sofas, mattresses even the duvets and pillows..! Very clean and comfy, very peaceful too, ample space.. we were buzzing for the second Libby g room, we had the kids pay in one and the grown ups in the other. The dining table was perfect for us all to gather and eat too. And at first we thought, what a lot of showers and toilets… until we realised how much having that many of us staying there needed that many showers and toilets ;) Negative: Absolutely nothing, it was all perfect

Excellent for family long weekend! Positive: The facilities in the house were great - there was 10 of us and 2 dogs and the house worked really well. The location was excellent for exploring Scarborough. Negative: The only thing I would say was that given we paid extra for cleaning there were a few little niggles. The oven smelt like there was burnt on food when we turned it on. blinds a little dusty etc. but that was us being picky. We would still rate this 5 stars though as everything else was lovely.
