Excellent location
Positive: Excellent location for the North bay, peasholm park, water park, etc.
Facilities and comfort fine with a couple of gripes (didn't spoil the stay).
Negative: A couple of minor things.
No frying pan, which made cooking breakfast difficult.
There is an issue with the cold water. In the kitchen it was constantly tepid. Upstairs it was cold if using cold only but as soon as you used the hot tap, the cold water became warm
