The house was beautiful, had everything we needed Positive: Super easy and straight forward Negative: Having to leave

Fantastic property Positive: We booked to celebrate our mum's/ grandma 80th birthday. The group floor facilities were everything we could have asked for. Large comfy living area, large dining table to fit us all round and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, all having ensuite was ideal. Negative: Not that we didn't like but worth noting, some of the bedrooms overlooking the back were incredibly warm, the weather had been in the high twenties but the heat was coming from floors so we think this was due to being over the hot tub. Also although no fault of the proprietor the stairs are incredibly steep for older people. We made a mistake in waiting to you the hot tub after our family meal, meaning we didn't get a lot of time in it as the hours of use are 10 am to 10pm and you don't check in until 3pm.

A great place for a family getaway Positive: It’s a super house for a family group or friends. The house was very clean, but did smell a bit damp on arrival. The hot tub is a definite plus. Plenty of kitchen equipment and an en-suite in each bedroom. Negative: Not a lot of outside space. No downstairs loo.
