Very comfortable and plenty of space. Lovely house and very clean. Positive: I liked that it was like home from home. Very well equipped and everything was there that was needed. Nice and roomy, good size bedrooms and bathroom. Handy having a toilet downstairs. Always managed to get a parking space and it was in a good location. Negative: Didn't like that there was only one towel each and it was very small. Not good if you are on the big size.

Enjoyable stay. Positive: Facilities were good and beds very comfortable. Cleanliness thorough throughout. Dishwasher was bonus for a family of 8 especially with little ones. Enjoyable stay. Negative: Slight issue with heating when we first arrived which was quickly resolved by very helpful staff.

Definitely one for the summer Positive: Close to Scarborough. Very clean and tidy house. Plenty of room for the six of us as very big rooms. Negative: The parking isn't great as a very narrow road and lots of cars parked due to it being a residential area. We had to park quite a way from the property. What was most disappointing is that the heating is on timed, and when it does come on it's not on for long. We were very cold at times. We were there in November, so needed the heating to come on for longer than it did.
