Positive: Exceptionally equipped spotlessly clean & a real nice feel to the place. Well set out. Negative: Nothing that I can think to negative really, maybe the 20mins walk into town was a bit far out if I was to be real picky.

100% stay again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a real home from home ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Positive: Absolutely loved our stay! We had such a fantastic time staying at Hampton House. From the moment we walked in, it just felt so welcoming and comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed – you can really tell a lot of thought has gone into it. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and all the little touches made it feel really special. It’s in a perfect location too – nice and peaceful, but only a short walk to the beach and the town. Communication with the host was brilliant – really friendly and helpful. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in Scarborough. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Negative: Everything was great! Honestly, one of the best places we've ever stayed in Scarborough. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the coast.

Positive: The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops and amenities. Very quiet. Would definitely book again. Negative: We found the booking 'system' a bit of a nightmare to be honest. We weren't aware of the £250 damage deposit until after we'd made the booking. While we understand that these things are necessary, knowing about it beforehand would have been useful. We didn't receive the online check in form until the night before we were due to travel. Bit stressful.

Perfect appartment Positive: Very clean spacious apartment has everything you need. Would definitely book again Negative: That you are charged a £50 cleaning fee and also £250 damage deposit which isn’t made crystal clear at time of booking.
